Two athletes in the studio! Amanda Marek and Jess Barret came in together and we talked about what it took for them to get to Kona. Both athletes qualified at IRONMAN Wisconsin. In 2019 Amanda was the overall female age grouper and in 2021 Jess was the 40-44 Age Group Winner.

Bob started his triathlon career with no endurance background and earned himself a Kona Qualification spot.
What's even more special is his approach to his big race at IRONMAN Chattanooga, he did 3 races in 3 weeks.
